1. Who We Are
Torus Digital Solutions ("Torus," "we," "us," or "our") builds technical systems, AI agents, CRM infrastructure, automation workflows, digital education products, AI-powered tools, and online communities.
Our products and services include, but are not limited to: AI education content, prompt libraries, automation templates, membership communities, and Sibyl — an adult AI conversational companion.
By accessing this website, using our bots, joining our communities, or purchasing any product or service, you ("User," "you") agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Eligibility & Age Restrictions
You must be 18 years of age or older to use any Torus Digital Solutions product or service.
This restriction is absolute. Torus products are not directed at, designed for, or intended to be used by anyone under the age of 18. This includes Sibyl and all companion or conversational AI features.
By using our services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- You are not prohibited by law from receiving or using our services
If we discover or have reasonable grounds to believe a user is under 18, we will terminate access immediately and delete associated data.
3. Information We Collect
We may collect information you voluntarily provide, including:
- Name and email address
- Company or project information
- Payment and billing information (processed via third-party providers)
- Chatbot and AI assistant interactions
- Discord or Telegram usernames
- Product purchases and download history
- Support and inquiry communications
- Usage data and session activity
This information may be collected through our website, forms, AI assistants, Telegram bots, Discord communities, Gumroad or other digital storefronts, payment processors, and direct communication.
Sensitive Information: The nature of AI companion interactions (including Sibyl) may lead you to share personal, emotional, or sensitive information voluntarily. We do not actively solicit sensitive personal information. Any such information shared in conversation is processed solely to generate responses and improve service delivery — not for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact info@torussolutions.io immediately.
4. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Respond to inquiries and support requests
- Qualify and onboard projects and clients
- Deliver purchased products and services
- Process payments and manage subscriptions

By using these systems, you acknowledge:
- You are interacting with artificial intelligence, not a human being. Torus will not attempt to deceive you about this. AI systems may periodically remind you of their non-human nature during interactions.
- AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, context-dependent, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances.
- AI systems do not have feelings, consciousness, desires, or lived experience, regardless of how responses may appear.
- AI-generated content is provided for informational, educational, or entertainment purposes only.
- You remain fully responsible for all decisions, implementations, and outcomes arising from your use of our AI systems.
We do not use conversation content for third-party advertising. AI interactions may be reviewed internally to improve system quality and safety, subject to this privacy policy.
7. No Professional Advice
Nothing provided by Torus Digital Solutions, its founder, employees, agents, bots, products, communities, or AI systems constitutes:
- Legal advice or legal services
- Medical advice or diagnosis
- Mental health treatment or therapy
- Financial, investment, or tax advice
- Crisis intervention or emergency services
This applies to all products and services, including Sibyl. Always apply your own judgment and consult appropriately licensed professionals where needed.
8. AI Education Products & Prompt Libraries
Our AI education products, prompt libraries, templates, and related digital content are provided for educational and informational purposes. Results will vary based on user implementation, the AI platforms used, and individual circumstances.
We make no guarantees regarding:
- Income, revenue, or business outcomes from use of our products
- Compatibility with specific AI platforms, which may change their policies or outputs at any time
- The accuracy or continued relevance of AI-specific educational content, given the pace of change in the AI industry
Prompt outputs generated using our educational materials remain subject to the terms of the AI platform used to generate them (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google).
9. Sibyl — AI Companion: Terms of Use
9.1 Nature of Service
Sibyl is an AI-powered conversational companion intended solely for adults aged 18 and older.
Sibyl is not a human being. Sibyl does not have feelings, consciousness, or genuine emotional states. Responses that appear emotional, caring, or personal are generated by artificial intelligence language models and do not reflect real experience, memory, or relationship.
By using Sibyl, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are interacting with an AI system, not a person
- Sibyl will periodically disclose its AI nature during interactions
- Interactions are generated responses and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances
- No ongoing relationship, commitment, or obligation is created between you and Sibyl or Torus Digital Solutions through use of the service
9.2 What Sibyl Is Not
Sibyl does not provide and must not be used as a substitute for:
- Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- Psychological or psychiatric services
- Mental health therapy or counseling
- Legal or financial advice
- Crisis intervention or emergency response services
- Any licensed professional service of any kind
Sibyl is not a therapist, counselour, or mental health professional. Conversations with Sibyl do not constitute a therapeutic, clinical, or professional relationship of any kind.
9.3 Crisis & Emergency Situations
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of self-harm or suicide, or are in immediate danger — stop using Sibyl and contact emergency services or a crisis line immediately.
Sibyl is not equipped to handle emergencies. Using Sibyl during a crisis may delay access to help you need.

If Sibyl detects language that may indicate a crisis situation, it may prompt you to seek professional help. This is a safety feature, not a diagnosis.
9.4 Emotional Dependency
AI companions can feel engaging and supportive. We encourage healthy boundaries in your use of Sibyl. Sibyl is designed for entertainment, exploration, and connection — not to replace human relationships, professional support, or real-world community.
If you find yourself relying on Sibyl in ways that affect your real-world relationships, mental health, or daily function, we encourage you to speak with a licensed mental health professional.
9.5 Sibyl — Conversation Data & Privacy
Conversations with Sibyl may be stored to enable continuity of experience and to improve system safety and quality. Conversation content will not be used for advertising or sold to third parties.
You should not share the following with Sibyl or any AI system: government ID numbers, financial account information, passwords, or highly sensitive personal data beyond what you are comfortable sharing with a third-party technology service.
9.6 Content Boundaries
Sibyl is an adult platform. All users must be 18 or older. Any content generated through Sibyl that depicts or implies minors in any romantic, sexual, or intimate context is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access.
Users may not attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, or override Sibyl's safety guidelines.
10. Community & Platform Usage
By joining our Discord communities, Telegram channels, membership platforms, or other community spaces, you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other members or staff
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect content or data
- Reproduce or redistribute paid materials without written permission
- Impersonate Torus Digital Solutions, its founder, or other members
- Engage in spam, unsolicited promotion, or unauthorized advertising
- Attempt to circumvent access controls or platform limitations
- Engage in any unlawful activity
We reserve the right to remove access for any member at any time for violation of these terms, with or without prior notice. Paid memberships removed for violations are non-refundable.
11. Digital Products. Memberships & Refunds
Digital downloads, prompt libraries, templates, educational products, memberships, and AI tool access are generally non-refundable once delivered or accessed, unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase or required by applicable law.
Exceptions or refund eligibility may be noted on individual product pages. Contact info@torussolutions.io within 7 days of purchase if you believe you have a valid refund claim.
Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in permanent account suspension.
12. Intellectual Property
All content published by Torus Digital Solutions — including educational materials, prompt libraries, templates, AI system designs, community content, and branding — is the intellectual property of Torus Digital Solutions unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works from our paid content without express written permission.
Feedback or suggestions you provide to us may be used to improve our products without compensation or attribution.
13. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our products and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Torus Digital Solutions shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of revenue, profits, data, or goodwill
- Outcomes resulting from use of AI-generated content
- Platform changes by third-party AI providers that affect our educational products
- Any harm arising from reliance on Sibyl or any AI assistant in place of professional services
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 90 days preceding the claim.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR STATE/JURISDICTION — TO BE CONFIRMED]. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting info@torussolutions.io. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules, unless prohibited by local law.

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
